At TZ Smart Solutions, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications ("App") access, use, store, and share user data when you connect your account to third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, or other providers) through OAuth or similar secure authentication mechanisms.

1. Information We Access

When you connect an integration, our App may request access to certain information from that service. Depending on the integration you approve, this may include:

File storage services (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive): file metadata and contents you select to share.
Spreadsheet services (e.g., Google Sheet): read and write rows in spreadsheets you select.
Email services (e.g., Gmail): create and manage drafts, send messages, or read metadata.
Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp via Twilio, Slack): read incoming messages and send replies.
Other integrations that you explicitly choose to connect through our platform.

We only request the minimum permissions (scopes) necessary to provide the features you choose.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the accessed data solely to deliver the automation and integration features you enable, for example:

Reading data from a connected service to trigger workflows.
Writing or updating data (such as appending rows to a spreadsheet).
Sending messages or emails on your behalf.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage

Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest, only to maintain your connection.
Workflow logs (e.g., from n8n) may temporarily store operation results to confirm successful execution but are not shared externally.
We do not permanently store the contents of your files, emails, or messages unless explicitly required for the automation you configure.

Use of Nango for OAuth

To manage OAuth connections securely, we use Nango, a third-party service that handles the authorization process and manages access tokens on our behalf.

Nango acts only as a technical processor and does not use your data for any purpose other than enabling the connection you approved.
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in Nango's system (or in our self-hosted Nango instance, where applicable) and are encrypted at rest.
These tokens are only used to perform the automation workflows you explicitly configured.
Neither Nango nor TZ Smart Solutions share your tokens or account data with any other party.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share user data with third parties except:

When required by law or valid legal process.
With your explicit consent, when you connect to additional third-party services.

We never sell or transfer user data for advertising purposes.

5. Limited Use & Compliance

For Google integrations, our use of data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

For all integrations, we follow equivalent principles:

Data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features.
Data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
Data is not used for serving ads.
Only use data to deliver the services you enabled.
Never sell data.
Never repurpose data without your consent.

6. User Control

You can disconnect an integration at any time within our App.
You can revoke access directly in your third-party account (e.g., Google Account Security Settings).
You can request deletion of stored tokens or logs by contacting us at the email below.

7. In-Product Privacy Notification

In our application interface, before connecting an integration, we display a clear notice linking to this Privacy Policy. By connecting an account, you confirm that you understand and accept how we use your data.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective date.
